Dear sir,

I have applied for piped gas supply through future fuels throiugh M/s future fuels & the receipt was given dtd 02.02.2011 form no 838497. This was my 2nd application & cheque after september. The new cheque of 5000/- is already encashed on 11.03.2011 but there is absolutely zero service response from M/s Future fuels.

The people have done some pipe & meter connection inside house but inspite of several follow ups the connection is not being started. Everytime they give easy reason that no one is available in flat. Whereas, we have fixed appointment with the contarctors not less that 6-7 times & they keep us waiting the whole day when we have to cancel all our other personal work & they never turn up or inform of status. Max they do is pay a flying visit & again go missing.

Is this the way IGL works. Internet is full of future fuels complain. I wonder how do you continue contract with such irresponsible company.

Request you to ensure early action, OR return my money with interest & remove the piping inside my house & get the damaged tiled replaced. The above matter is tru for many of residents in our colony & we will not hesitate to send a legal notice & file a consumer complain.
