How long does it takes to fix a connection. In Feb month I requested for your connection for my house, I have been calling but I was promised 3 weeks time but now it is nearly Two months Ref no is: IP -0017751 they said 3 weeks
It is now 13 April no one visited my house outside my wall your line is bolted on my DDA house
Wall and still no one is visiting.
Now it is my third message and nothing has been done as of now
Depute somebody as it is nearing two Months instead of 3 weeks as what you have promised.
