NEW INSTALLATION OF DOMESTIC PNG

I booked the new PNG connection on 4th. May vide BP No. 4000089710.Till now nobody has bothered to contact me or visit the site. In spite of my repeated requests made to Customer helpline 011-45195959.Nobody even responds to the e-mails sent to [email protected] Will the higher authorities look in to the matter seriously in the public interest.
