Unauthorised Construction and Land Encroachment

SUBJECT :- COMPLAINT AGAINST UNAUTHORISED CONSTRUCTION,

WHICH ALSO INVOLVES ENCROACHMENT OF SOME STREET LAND,

BY DHARAMPAL KHATRI AND HIS SON SHAILANDER KHATRI

AT ADDRESS 177-178 RAJ PURA GUR MANDI, DELHI 110007

Dear Sir,

It is to draw for your kind attention and favorable action. I, a resident of Raj Pura Gur Mandi, hereby registering a complaint against unauthorized construction, which involves encroachment of street land and digging of a submersible well pump, in our neighborhood.

This unauthorized construction is initiated by Dharam pal and his son Shailander Khatri at 177-178 Raj Pura Gur Mandi, Delhi-7. It is not just about unauthorised construction, they have encraoched up on some street land during this construction and are also digging a submersible well pump at the property. The streets in the are are very narrow and congested and this kind of encroachment further reduces the street space available to the public for commuting purposes.

when the neighbors objected to these unauthorized actions, the property owner (Shailander Khatri) started an altercation with one of the neighbors. Shailander Khatri is also an accused in a murder for which he is under trail and is currently out on a bail. Neighbors are terrified by his violent past and feel helpless.
