Phone service is Very BAD & WOREST.

we are the customers to indane gas and our gas agency name is GURUDATTA located in kothapet greenhills colony, they are giving phone numbers but those phone does not work and the working staff in that agency keep the phones in engage or those phones do not respond properly. Please invistigate on your own and get the feedback.
The reception from the front office is very very bad. They may think that all INDANE customers are beggars. Please arrange the training to the staff how to behave with customers. For booking of refil we found it is very difficult.
Even after so many reminders to your company, has not updated for on-line refill booking facility. Why you are not interested to up date for online booking facility to this company "GURUDATTA"?
