Refrigerator not working nice brought

I have purchased LG fridge230 ltrs from BEST PRICE Bhopal around 45 days back which is not making ICE since i perched, Also I made complained to BEST PRICE and customer center of LG, complained no RNA120524060984on 24th may. and till now fridge is not operational.

now where to complain what to do plz advise
