Non-delivery of domestic gas filled culinde

Dear Sir,

I had booked Domestic Gas filled cylinder (Consumer no.16191) from Indane gas agency, Rudrapur on 04.01.11 but delivery has not been made till date 4.01.11. No response is received at their phone no.16191. They have system to get the gas booked after 21 days of delivery which is strictly followed by them but they fail in their commintment of delivery within 01 week drastically. I can desperately hope for resolution of my issue out of hopeless distribution system.
