I have applied for Indane LPG cylinder on 19-06 with EEHCLOY GAS AGENCY LAITUMKRAH BRANCH, Shillong, Meghalaya and it has not been delivered till now. My customer no. is 961315 and Registration number is 121608080000155.

Please kindly look into it.
