My customer id is 23560. Booked under the name of Sangeeta chakravorty. This is regarding the delivery of gas cylinder. The gas cylinders that are being delivered at our houses are not being weighed as they dont carry the weighing scale with them. This causes us a lot of inconvenience to us as we dont know whether the gas delivered to us are of the mentioned quantity or not. Kindly look into the matter and resolve the above mentioned issue ASAP.
