Dear Sir,

I feel very embarrassing to file complain against India’s one of the prime customer satisfaction company but my personal experience is far away from the fact. Today (21-Dec) when I went to Indian Oil Corporation dealer office namely ELA Gas agency, Shop No. 50, VDS Mkt Pld A, Sector -93 Noida to transfer my gas connection from Sector 49 (Hindon Vihar) to Sector- 52 (Change of residence connection) but due to some reason the same gas agency were closed hence forth I get few no’s from their main gate. Then I called on that no and got information that my connection got transferred to Agnihotri Gas Services, Shop No. 10, Godawari Shopping Complex, Sector – 37, Noida. I went there, the person who was sitting on the counter he informed me that my connection were not transferred here so concern “IF ALL THE CONNECTION WAS TRANSFED TO SECTION – 37, THEN HOW IT CAN BE POSSIBLE THAT MY CONNECTION IS STILL PENDING FOR TRANSFER” the person of Godawari Shopping complex provide me the number of Mr Makhija (09999221521) I called him and told me that “Muzhe kal call karna”. Then after I went to office of Indian Oil Sector-1, Noida there on the reception Mr Santosh was there I told him that I want to meet Mr R.K. Verma he asked about my problem and told me that I will not allow you to meet Mr R.k. Verma he dialled a no. & a lady was on the other side named Ms. Ritu Singh after hearing my entire problem she told me that wait outside I will call you back on the reception but she did’t allow me to meet her directly, after waiting more then half an hour I told Mr Santosh to give a call to that lady so that I can know about my problem whether it has been resolved or not during the conversation she kept telling me that this is “my fault that I have not approached earlier for change of connection” instead of solving my problem she transferred my line to any other person Mr Saurav who takes my contact no and my connection no. and told me that he will call me tomorrow. Then I called Mr R.K. Verma (Area Manager) & he reply me in a positive manner that some one will call you within 15 to ½ hrs “During the conversation with Mr R.K. Verma he confirmed me that all the connection of ELA Gas Agency has been transferred to Agnihotri Gas Agency “within 20 minute I received a call from the same lady Ms Ritu Singh & she rude says that “Verma ji ko phone karke kya faida ho ultimately to reply maine hi karna hai” she told me that I have to visit Greater Noida to transfer my connection form ELA gas connection to Mithla Gas Agency sector – 19, Noida.

“IF ALL THE CONNECTION WAS TRANSFED TO SECTION – 37, THEN HOW IT CAN BE POSSIBLE THAT MY CONNECTION IS STILL PENDING FOR TRANSFER, THEN WHY SHOULD I GO TO GREATER NOIDA”

I WASTE MY ENTIRE DAY ON THIS... WHO IS GOING TO COMPENSATE THIS???
