Delay in supply of refill

I had booked refill against my gas connection 25305 with Guhane Gas Agency, Kaniyapuram, Thiruvananthapuram about two months back. Literally unable to get them on phone.. inspite of repeated reminders, refill not delivered till date.. it is humiliating.. please do something.. ensure timely replacement without follow up.. ensure telephones are available.. dont give excuse that people were not available at home.. call and deliver.. no pilferage and unfair dealings to ensure smooth supply to actual consumers.. in spite of raids and seizures no improvement in supply.. do something. please.. col k s jos, mob 8089747450
