PAthetic services. It is more than 9 months when the application for connection was given till now there is no installation. Even the cheques were cleared by Dec 9.
In the terms and condition, it is stated that coneection will be provided within 6 months. Even people applied after me also got the connection. Spoken 4-5 times to Mr. Pankaj Mahajan at IGL and Sachin (Distributor). Then also no response.
Mine BCN is 7000008829, as provided by Mr. Pankaj Mahajan.
Now requesting you to refund my money amounting to Rs.5000/- Rs.1000/- immediately with 2% monthly interest and also pay Rs.50000/- for mental torture and harassment.
Unable to understand how such persons are working in such a esteemed organisation who does not know who to talk in a professional manner.
