If some ever thinks to buy a builderfloor from Today please visit their luxota project and meet some of the resident and i am sure you wont even think to buy the same.
Their promises are great but non of their promises convert in to reallity. Look at their Woodedn work. its so bad that the door, window will come out in less than 3 month. Pain quality is so poor that you have to use your own after a month.
Their response towards customer is so bad that you have to make 100 call to get an answer of small query. Their Possession is minimum one year delay post completion of 95% of the work means just for 5% you have to mait for more than 1 year.
PLEASE AVOID BUYING THE PROPERTY FROM TODAY.. NOT AT ALL...
