I purchase 1 window AC some time in the month of July 1909 from Pankaj Electronics 9, D.A.V.School building, Yusuf Sarai Main road, Green Park, New Delhi-110016.void their invoice no.94700 book no 1894 dated 30-6-09.
At the time of purchase & installation lot of assurance was given to us about the quality of service to be provided after the purchase & installation of window A.C.We were even told that some reprsentive from the co. shell be visiting us in three to four days time to demonstrate & explain us the various features of the A.C.We are sorry to mention that till date no one has visit us for the purpose, what to mention of service. This has created doubt in our mind about the dealer i.e, Pankaj Electronics.being genuine dealer, as we can not doubt about Hitachi co.
Since about fortnight we have being trying to contact Pankaj Electronics & every time he has been giving us only assurance that some will be visiting us soon. From last two days I have being trying to contact your office but it seems everyone is too busy to respond. I even left the recorded message today in your office.
