sir i am had idea post paid connection. On 29 Mar around 0930am i lost my mobile in local. mduring that time i am using

idea post paid connection my active No. is 9702146364 . Which i try to bolck from different idea No. 9623716887. But No. response from idea custmer care. After dialing 198 post care no for maharahstra the executive Name Mr. ravi (refused to give further detail) has refused to take my complaint. this give customer a mental agony.
