I am a Civil Contractor in Bangalore city, and a customer in e procurement portal provided by the Government which is back supported by you people. when i had finished submitting my rates and all necessary documents and about to submit the document there was a small icon on the window top bar stating download free java (TM) 6 Update 18. when i started downloading it for encrypting my signature on the bid to submit it finally the downloading stated an error which i have taken a photo & submitting it for you. so please kindly do take necessary action on the software & upgrade or recorrect it.
There should not be any one who is disappointed like me.
The complaint company which ever it might be cannot give me a silly reason that the photo is too large. the max size is 2MB the photo size is 2.25MB. I have the photos to the proof. If no one is taking action on this complaint. I might be the 1st person just to hate sun microsystems & speak it outside the world whereever is see the Ad of your company
