Defective gift product along with Dard Mukti oil sent

Sir/Madam,

I had ordered for Dard Mukti Ointment from Teleone which comes with combo gift of Sani Raksha Kawach. The cost of same was quoted Rs. 2990/-(including delivery charges). However before delivery, call from courier office confirmed the arrival of parcel and demanded for additional Rs. 110 as delivery charges. I refused to accept the delivery at additional cost and asked to return the courier. Thereafter courier has reached my home and asked for extra cost. On my denial for extra cost, courier person co-ordinated with his courier office incharge and incharge after having word with me directed him to collect Rs. 2950/-.

On opening the parcel i noticed that the gift item of Sani Raksha Kawach is defective (one mani was broken). Immediately i contacted with their call centre who has provided me grievance department number. Since then i was trying to contact them but no reply was given for replacement of the damaged product. All the mail communication with them is attached below.

Initially i also got a reply from the Manager for looking into the matter but thereafter no reply was given inspite of repeated reminder. After several mails i am finally taking the entire issue to you for proper response and replacement of the faulty product.

Majority of the calls made to the grievance number were not answered and calls on call centre direct me to call at the given grievance number.

Teleone site is also composed in such a way that it only provides the call centre phone number and email id for ordering but no email id is provided for compliant or grievances or management for any compliant.

I therefore request you to take up the issue for such a behaviour of the company and resolution of my problem.

Its more than a week and this being 4th reminder for the replacement of the defective product. All earlier mail correspondence is attached below.

I even waited for 1st November as requested by you but no reply has received from you. Although i got a call on 31st October confirming that a call will be made on 1st November for replacement procedure but neither i got a call nor a response is received at the greivence number provided by call centre guy.

Hence i am making a final mail and request you to kindly make an arrangement to replace the same.

In absence of any reply or satisfactory reply i will be forced to move to legal bodies.

In case of any query kindly revert back.

Respected Sir/Madam,

I had ordered for Durd Mukti ointment (Order No. 3026729) and the delivery of the same has been received on 27th October.

However the gift pack of "Sani Raksha Kawach" received along with Durd Mukti ointment was found to be defective. Out of three piece of Sani Raksha Kawach one piece is defective.

The grievance number (011 - 32551343) provided by the call centre is not responding to the call and the call is being disconnected frequently.

Kindly make an arrangement to replace the same.
