Kent purifier

Dear Sir,

I have Purchased A new Machine from Kent Dealer and the Machine is not working Properly Since the Installation . in this regards I have made so many complain to their Noida Office, Kolkata Reg. Office, Howrah Dealer Office. But the matter is unresolved by the Company till date . and we are suffering from Different Diseases.

I want to replace the machine. Please let me know the procedure to get back the money from Kent Company.
