I have a Kent UV Water Purifier (unit Sl. No-KR 070952754). My water Purifier was covered under AMC from 19/07 to 29/07. During the AMC, I had repatedly called up & requested to change the filter candle, but it never happened during the whole AMC of one year, since filter was not available. Now that the AMC has expired, they will cite this as a reason for not changing it. Do I expect this service from KENT during AMC? Please suggest a solution to this problem, at the earliest, else I will have to approach the Consumer Forum.
