Offensive response from Kent Technician

Purchased a Kent Grand and got an appointment (appointment no A-1219) with Kent, Bangalore office to fix the equipment at my apartment before noon on June, 6th. Since the technician didn’t turn up, collected the contact number from Kent office and called to check his timing. His response was very rude and impolite. He shouted in Hindi that he didn’t give any promise of coming to my place and he can only come whenever he is free. If office had said anything, ask office people to come and fix it and disconnected the phone. The technician’s name is Ajith and his contact no. is 8050080551. I have changed all my weekend plans according to the assurance/schedule given by Kent office for the installation and I take this as a serious misbehavior of their staff. Appreciate immediate action.
