I booked to refill my HP gas cylinder on 9/1 (Booking No. 252941). After 10 days delay in receiving the HP gas cylinder, I tried to lodge my complaint by contacting several times on the phone numbers of Khullar enterprise, yet they didn't received my call. Then on Saturday i.e. 21/1, I reached their office in RBI colony, Paschim Vihar. They replied that gas cylinder will reach on Monday i.e. 23/1. I have not received my refilled HP gas cylinder even today and for the past 4 days, my family have faced so much problems by eating the junk food and wasting too much money on the restaurant food. Even, on 2-3 occasions we had to remain empty stomach whole night, as we have not so much budget to arrange the food from restaurants daily. My consumer number is 609514. I also tracked my booking on internet by feeding my consumer number and phone number, which is displaying completely wrong details i.e. delivery date of 21/1. I have been very hassled and troubled by this agency. Please take necessary strict actions against this agency and the employees of this agency. Thanking You and Oblige.
