I have purchased a brand new Kurl-On mattress (Classic) on 3/07 from Handa Handloom Rajouri Garden, New Delhi.
Within one month it got pressed from centre and has aquired U shape...
I have contacted Kurlon Customer care (Complaint No: TN-009927), After calling them several times a Person named Onkar (91-8595073916) came, He told me he will discuss with his boss and will do something to replace it, Till now nothing has been done, After calling several times I got frustrated and told him If they are not doing anything I will be going to court, He told me It's better option you please go to court and get it resolved there :-(
IT's already more than a month, I called Kurlon customer care several times, they are always giving promise that they will call me back with asolution, many times, but not even called once. So nothing positive has been done until now. It looks to me that I have wasted my thousands of rupees and I need to garbage these new Mattresses...
