I am reaching out to all in hope that someone from this esteemed organization would listen to the people who are looking out for loan from LIC home financing. If someone would care to go through the email trail it will tell you the grief I have gone through and many many more in Noida office who I saw visiting office multiple times and all have similar concerns.
As, mentioned if someone would care to go through the email below, it is self explanatory however, there are recent development yesterday apparently my agent has lost Builder/buyer agreement and the regional manager Laxmij is asking few more papers. Let me give a brief of this, I was in lic noida office and sat with Laxmiji for 2 hours giving her all the document required (I found on my file that papers were carelessly placed in and I did mention to the agent and laxmiji that it would lead to loss of my documents), this is after the loan sanction and I did furnish few more documents which I had given earlier and laxmiji checked all the papers thoroughly and said its just missing the 10, 000 processing fee which can be paid by cheque or cash, I KNEW THE CHALLENGE SO I PAID BY CASH THAT VERY DAY, she promised cheque will be dispersed in few days but its been two weeks from there.
I have used red colour font as it states my state of mind due to LIC home finance negligence, I AM SERIOUSLY CONSIDERING TAKING A LEAGAL ACTION AS I HAVE LOST SO MUCH MONEY, TIME AND PEACE WITH THIS.
I have written this to all email addresses posted on lic home finance web site but there is no response at all.
