I have bought 1 BHK Fully Furnished flat 540 sq. ft area in Earth Towne on 29-Jan. LM Technobuild is the dealer between Me and Earth Infra Pvt. Ltd. Mr. Anish Sharma and Mr. Puneet Luthra are the one who are from LM Technobuild and mislead and misguided me right from the beginning.
1. I have been offered a price of 2650 per sq. ft. On which I was given a discount of 12% (to be paid by LM. Technobuild Pvt. Ltd. Basic sale price of flat is 14, 31, 000. On which I was offered a discount of 12%.
2. I have been following LM. Technobuild for the last 5-6 months for my discount. They have misbehaved and mislead me right from the beginning. They Kept on changing the discount amount and the flat scheme right from the beginning.
3. I contacted them first on Phone. But I was behaved very rudely and mentally tortured. Then I started mailing them. But I didn’t get any reply.
4. As per telephonic conversation with Puneet Luthra and Anish Sharma both, they are not ready to pay my 12% discount.
5. Right from the beginning I bought the flat, They have mentally harassed me and my old aged mother. They have taken the advantage of my young age, its being 1st experience of my life to buy a flat. I have been demoralized right from the beginning.
6. Now, the flat price has increased to 3100 per sq. ft. since December. What they are saying is I have been offered 3100 per sq. ft amount for the flat and now it has been reduced to 2650 rs per sq. ft. So, my discount has been accommodated. Which is totally wrong.
