Delay in Refill Cylinder Delivery

This is to inform you that I am a consumer number of INDANE GAS (Consumer Number 33468) and Distributer is P L Gas Service.

Previously I was at Survey Park and later on I have moved to Atabagan, Kol-84 and shifted my gas service to P L Gas service from the very first month I am getting refill cylinder after one month and it has become a every month story. I have booked one refill cylinder on 3rd may and till date I have not received any refill cylinder.
