Supply of dirty water & non working of india mark 2 handpump

Sir;

I lives in Raja ji puram area near Jal sansthan Office. There are very dirty water supply from one week this water is so dirty & smelled water. in my area a india marka 2 hand pump it is already in non working condition.

Kindly consider my complain & do the favour as soon as posible
