Non-supply of gas

I have booked gas on 10.2.2010. with Manmohini gas supplier. Till now I have not received the supply. I am an old woman above 70yrs. I can only contact them on phone. But that is also not to be, since they either do not respond or somehow keep the phone dead. Kindly do the needful so that I get gas.

I would further request you to make a permanent solution of their not responding to phones. You can enquire of their clients in our locality about the veracity of my complaint about this particular behavior of theirs.

Anyway first see that I get the gas immediately.
