I have purchased a Milton Thermo Steel acme water bottle of your company on 7th APR from Lolipop Uniform Jalandhar. Its cap is broken within a week time and i complain the same to Lolipop but the refuse to replace the cap and said it is not covered under warranty. I could not understand if a cap which is a part of your product is broken within a week period and it is not covered under waranty than why we pay a high amount for Milton products, we can have any local market product. I request you to please look into this matter so that our trust in your company remain intact.
