Reflll cylinder is not delivered

Sir,

I have booked for refill on 04 feb Booking Number 117803. The cylinder is not delivered yet.

Mr. Gupta, the owner is demanding Rs. 100 extra instead of Rs 50 that we were used to pay earlier.

Since we have not paid so the refill is not delivered. The person claim that he has to pay bribes up to the top level.

Please consider the matter and help us.
