Poor product n poor service

Inspite of repeated complains to mumbai cc, ghaziabad cc, mr vikas (9582610448), mr swetang (9958409607), since 6th feb till today 16th feb my processor is out of service till date, and it is kept opened as mr sonu who came on 14th feb, opened the processor and told me that he will come tomoro and change the part. Too poor too bad!!!
