I have been harassed by MSEDCL staff threatening disconnection to my premises of the Hariganga site, Yerawada under Vishrantwadi SDN by Mr. Pawar and hisaccomplices on couple of ocassions.

First file a complaint and follow up with an RTI application. It takes just Rs.10/-. It is mandate that all complaints regarding meter reading has to be attended within 3 days.
