Dear sir,

I am a nearly 30 years old Senior citizen customer of MTNL in Goregaon east Mumbai. My tri band is down for last two days. Your on line help on 1504, or Cmplaint on 198 is of no use.

Is there any way I can get help.

In your Gokuldham exchange people just come to pass time. They dont lattend any call or provide any help.
