Dear Sir,

I had availed aloan from LICHFL-Vashi, Navi Mumbai vide loan No.43009111 in the year 2002.

At the time of sanction of loan my seller had kept original pprs with Corporation Bank, Nariman Point, Mumbai and bank was not ready to release their loan/ OD amount of Rs.15.50lacs. Therefore it was decided to pay 15.50lacs from my sanctioned loan amount directly to Corporation Bank and Corpn; bank will handover all original documents directly to LICHFL. Seller had also agreed for this arrangement and had given NOC to it. Since LICHFL had sanctioned only Rs15.00lacs to me I had given Rs.50, 000/- D/D to LICHFL drawn on UWB LTD; in favour of Corpn Bank. Likewise LICHFL had handed over Rs.15.5.lacs as stated by Corpn; Bank to them and Corpn; Bank also had given all original documents toLICHFL in the same year i.e.2002.

Now, I cleared/repaid all loan amount in the month of July &want my papers which had handed over by Corporation bank directly to LICHFL at the URGENT BASIS
