First: No attempt has been made in answering my Questions which are
First of all the bills was factually wrong in its arithmetic. Then I was informed that there was an error in the bill itself. Additionally, I was given no meaningful explanation for a single charge in one day for that amount. How is it possible to use that much GPRS in one day? I had no history of such usage.
AND THEN
We regret to inform you that the GPRS usage charges in international roaming (USA) is not mentioned in the third page of the bill.
AND then as an after thought you added:
However, we wish to inform you that the same has been updated in the forth page in your detailed bill. Please be informed that the soft copy of the detailed bill for the month of August has been attached for your kind perusal. We would like to inform you that the usage charges in USA has also been mentioned below for your perusal.
Now, can I get an explanation other than " greetings from the ..."
