We have been suffering with the poor, irresposcible service and the callous attitude of the Indane Gas Distributor at Yelahanka. Nataraj Enterprises is notorius for its poor service and callous attitude.
When we book for a refill cylinder, the trouble starts. No refill will be received for weeks. Our efforts to contact the agency is fraught with misery - the number is always busy, when we could reach the response would be 'you will get it tomorrow' That tomorrow never comes. Personal trips to their office also solicits the same response &-#039;you will get it today or tomorrow. Their motive appears to get rid of the customer for the moment with a promise that refill will be sent immediately - but they never mean what they say.
Some times they give the delivery boy's mobile number and ask us to contact him! When and if that delivery boy is pleased with us he will bring the refill; if he is not, nothing can be done, since the distributor feels it is not his responsibility to see the customers are served.
Why is IOC giving agency to such people? why don't they track their service record and see that they give the promised service?
IOC as well as the distributors appear to form a cartel to harass and fleece the poor consumers.
It is requested that the concerned may take note of the complaints about the errant service providers and take necessary action to see that they discharge their obligation to the customers.
