Hi,

I am Varun Malik Residing at B-7/29, Sector-4, Rohini, New Delhi - 110085. The connection is in the name of Kundan Lal Malik and our K num is 44100121511 and CA num is 60010614984. Our connection has lost on Saturday around 06.00 pm in the evening. We have logged a complaint to NDPL customer care. We have called 20 times to follow up the case but everytime they replied we will see it on a priority basis. Our complaint number is 2003014744, their services are rediculous.

Everone in our area except us are using the services only not us. My grandmom is staying with us and she is of old age and she is not well. Her body is not supporting so much of heat. If anything will happen who will take responsibility of that. It's been more than 18 hours we have not heard anything back from NDPL and we are not aware when they will come to fixed up the services.

We are tired now from chasing them and we spent a lot of money to call them as they pick up our phone after 15 or 20 mins. It's my humble request to look into this matter as we don't know there are many people who are suffering with this problem. So there should be proper action take against them so that they know about their pathetic services for which they are charging us a lot.

I am waiting to get a respose from your end.
