Poor service

I got a lawn mower k40P with the fiber body... the box price says 17, 000 odd but the authorized dealer took 20, 000 odd n still has not given the bill... no instruction manual given... no engineer explained how to use it... used for 2 hrs n boom... it falls dead then the engineer comes from bangalore n says that its not fit for this type of lawn n never use it for more than 20mins at a stretch... now we dont have the invoice n the dealer to deal with...
