We signed up with Cookscape, Cenotaph road branch at Chennai for installing a modular kitchen at my new house. We placed the order in March with a 50% advance paid. We were supposed to get the kitchen installed by June I week. Mid of June, we realized that they had taken all measurements wrong and the kitchen delivered was not as per the drawing approved. We had to make some compromises. But its August now and still not delivered, although we have paid 100% of payment. I believe this company is in deep financial trouble. Heard that most employees have left because they were not paid salaries for last 4-5 months.
The sales guys at the Cenotaph road branch are real CON MAN and they know only to lie. Totally unprofessional company and strongly recommend that no one ever rely on this company for their kitchen needs.
