DELAYED PAN

An Pan application was sent directly by Mrs. Dhanashri to NSDL, Baner as per advice from Madam Anita via email, as this application was for Mr. Mohan. M. Farne, Sangli resident, therefore it was sent directly by Trackon courier Consignment note No.206847113 dated 12-10-10 with all required documents attached and a D.D. No.936626 dated 11-10-10 for Rs.94/- of Dena Bank was also attached. The envelope was received at NSDL, Baner on 13-10-10, but till date there is no acknowledgement no. provided. All emails & mobile nos. were given in the covering letter and the application, but we have not heard anything.

If the application was not accepted, it should atleast be sent back immediately, as it contains D.D.

There should have been a email from them but that is not even sent.

Kindly help me in this matter.
