We have a annual maintenance contract with Anurodh Pest Control starting from 1-10. The owners name is Mr. Avinash and Mr. Mahesh. Their business address is L.B.S. Road, Shreyas Talkies, 13/14 Ghatkopar (W), Mumbai - 400086. Their contact numbers are 92212 00631, 93225 76644 and 98338 03240. They sent a person with the bill and colleccted cash from us and told that the service personal will be visiting us the next day. Since then, we have been following up with the company and only receive false promise that the person will be coming tomorrow.
We have been calling them everyday but nothing has been done till now. The last time I called them and Avinash was on phone and he started speaking abusive words and disconnected the phone. I called them again and after much exchange of dialogue, I was assured that the person will be visiting us on Thursday i.e. 21.10.2010 at 12 pm. I waited till 2 pm and called them to ask about the wehereabouts. This time they are purposely not answering the phone seeing my number.
Can you please guide me as how can I take action about these cheaters?
