Hello..i use aircel connection (919804433037).. i am continuosly charged rs 3/day for cricket updates, but i dont need this service. i have called customer care many time regarding this, but they do not take any action regarding my complaint.. they do not even stops this service. it becomes very much unaffordable to me. so please give importance to my complaint. i will be obliged.
