Hi, My average water bill till January was Rs 100/- per month which has suddenly rose to Rs. 300/- per month. I have registered a complain with the department lst month and they assured me that they will look into the matter but this month also i have got bill amounting Rs 300/-. I want to know what action should I take and who is the Public nformation Officer in PHED department so that i can put an RTI application. I am a resident of Kiran Path mansarovar, Jaipur, Rajasthan.
