Not running properly

I have purchase jaquar bathroom fittings around 2.5 lakh. instead of repeated reminding the company people didnot come to resolve my complaint. tap are not working .hand faucet are leaking. toilet sit fitting acessory not availed by company .it was only two months time i had buy. the local dealer not heard my complain. online and tall free no. not responded by company people. i am doctor and i have no time. i am in deep agony and pain.please do needful. thank you
