I had raised a compliant with Jaquar starting last december on a Bathroom fitting (Tap - to be precise) because it has been only 6 months since i bought it back then and water started leaking from the tap. After i rasied the complaint they reverted back after couple of days. The first plumber who came home was unable to fix the tap and left. He also changed another tap in my house (which was working well earlier) and now that starts leaking water as well when closed. I raise a request with then the 2nd time and they call me up in the noon (naturally i am at work then). I asked them to fix an appointment for later that day or the next and they never call back later. I am surprised how they guys close the case from their end even without checking with the customer if the work is complete or if they are satisfied with the work.

This is the sadest service I ever experienced from a bathroom dealer. I later purchased similar bathroom fitting from other brands and they give me really good service. Right on time and they get the job completed. I definitely will inform all my friends to beware of purchasing any product from Jaquar. More than the product, i think its their poor way of treating their customers when it comes to servicing.
