Dear Compliance,
I am a resident of Gaur Green Vista, Indirapuram Ghaziabad, and today i am feeling very sad to write this mail making complaint against one of the employee of your prestigious company working in the Maintenance office (Gaur Green Vista, IP Estates) named, Sudhir Kumar Jha. I live in the society since long and till the previous maintenance office we have never found any kind of complain or misbehaving.
I want to draw your attention that yesterday that is 01.11. i have gone to the maintenance office for an emergency recharge but i got shocked to see the reaction of this person mentioned above. He just through the money back to me and in front of many people present in the same room he started misbehaving and shouting in a high tone to a lady resident named Saba that is me. There were few of the other employees aswell like peon and both started laughing at me as soon as left the room. Even you may understand that being he is somewhere by the age of my father i will never start anything like disrespecting. But due to his misbehavior and abusive act i have made a complaint to Mr. L N Jha (Director I P Estates).
Since i have forwarded this complaint to your department i hope you will take some strong action against him as this has hurted me and my self esteem very strongly.
