Newly fitted window not functioning

1. All wooden windows have been replaced with mild steel windows

2. Frames and grills of old window have not been replaced only window leaf have been replaced by site welding

3. Quality of welding is too poor that 25% welds with frames and 60% welded handle have come out. Consequently windows are not closing and opening properly.

4. There is no provision of holding glass window in open condition by means of hook and eye or peg stay or by any other manner.

5. Plain glass have been fitted in WC and bath windows.

6. Old windows were functioning much better then these new windows.

7. JE, AE or EE should visit the site personally and should take necessary action to rectify defects and avoid repeatation of same problem in other accommodation
