There is always shortage for hp cooking gas cylinders. And the booking system is so worst and badly handled. The line is busy always and we can't book gas cylinders for days till we get the line and after you book, the delivery will take at least 20-30 days to reach my residence. The worst thing is that the line is always held up i.e. agency personnels hold their phone down and when any customer comes to book the gas, the phone is kept at its right place. I have 2 cylinders and both are empty with stupid rules of HP gas services. The rules say that after you book a gas cylinder you are not entitled to book for the second empty cylinder, the booking has to be done after completion of 15 days. Till then my 1st gas cylinder gets over. Now i am getting gas only once a month and one is empty. This agency provider M/s. Jyotika Gas Agency, Khamla, Nagpur are a big failure, they treat the customers as if customers are heartless. Not only me, wherever HP users are using their service, they are facing inconvenience.
