The above mentioned Gas Agency is one of the 3 gas agencies present in the entire Ghaziabad Area. I'd my connection at Delhi with Amit Gas Agency - HP retailer, and the service provided by them and the way they deal with the customer is simply superb.
But I was really shocked to interact with the guys here at Tyagi Gas agency and being a lady they should have a basic understanding of how to behave. They were beyond the "Rudeness" and whatever queries I was having was being answered in a negative tone.
Being the only resort for the people of Indirapuram these guys are taking advantage and do not have the courtesy to Welcome a new client.
Request some higher authority to please speak with these people and improve their CUSTOMER INTERACTION Level.
