DEAR ALL
I AM HAVING AIRTEL LANDLINE CONNECTION SINCE 4 YEARS AND MAKE MY BILL PAYMENT THRU NETBANKING OR BY MCHECK BEFORE MY DUE DATE. BUT FOR THE PAST 6 MONTHS I AM RECEIVING CALLS FROM THE AIRTEL COLLECTION AGENTS SAYING THAT MY PAYMENT IS PENDING AND THEY ARE COMING TO COLLECT THE PAYMENT. EVEN THOUGH I AM INFORMING THIS MATTER TO THE CUSTOMER ACRE, BUT ALL IN VAIN.I HAVE ALSO ASKED THEM IF I HAVE TO PAY THE AMOUNT TWO TIMES FOR A MONTHLY BILL.AIRTEL IS AN IRITATING SERVICE PROVIDER.
