Dear Sir,

I am a mobile phone subscriber with Airtel. My mobile No. is 9898250432. My name is Mrs Swadesh Misra.

Right from the time I applied for the connection, I have indicated my gender in absolute unambiguous words but the company in all its correspondence addresses me as 'Mr'. I have brought this to the notice of the company's functionaries a number of times, there is no response and I continue to be addressed as 'Mr Swadesh Misra'. This depicts the total insensitive attitude of the company.

May I, therefore, seek your intervention in this regard to have the records straightened.
